The Details:

The 2023 Waitlist – Opens July 1st, 2023.

No requests or submission will be accepted before the waitlist is open.

We use the waitlist to collect expressions of interest, in a first come first gets basis. We’ll reach out to secure the sale once we receive the bikes for the season, and confirm the sale price and release date.

The waitlist is not a guarantee of a purchase. Customers at the top of the list will have first pick from the model selected, with customers further down the list acting as a backup buyers. If the sale is not secured within two weeks of us contacting you to confirm, then we will move on to the next on the list.

Securing a bike

To secure a bike, customers need to put 20% of the sale price (including tax) as deposit. The balance is then due upon pick up of the bike. If the buyer decides to change their mind after the deposit is made this deposit will be returned minus a 5% processing fee.

Test Rides

We offer up to 24hrs worth of rental fees to be credited back towards the purchase price of the bike; with the intention of giving you an adequate test ride on your favorite trails. This rental period is paid for as a normal rental and will be credited towards your purchase price before your full payment. The test ride cannot be used as a further discount or store credit.

Pickup Date

We stagger the pickup times to account for both anticipated bookings along with workshop load (and in some cases delayed stock). This can change as we get closer to the end of season (to be sooner rather than later) and we’ll do our best to get it to you earlier if at all possible.

Bike condition

Every single bike goes through an in depth pre-sale overhaul:

  • Consumables (like brake pads, tires, drivetrain, bearings) replaced if life left is less than 60%.
  • Complete’ level service and deep clean
  • Other parts (like grips, saddle etc) replaced if needed, at our discretion

Warranty

  • The frame lifetime warranty is transferred to the buyer in most cases. We will provide all the details in regards to specific models before purchase.
  • Consumables aren’t part of any warranty and become the buyer’s responsibility after pick up. These include (but are not limited to):
    • Bearings
    • Pads and rotors
    • Drivetrain
    • Tires
    • Cables and housing
    • Suspension seals

The AR touch

Buying an ex-demo comes with:

  • A $99 credit* (for a free light tune up whenever you need, or this can be put against other product purchases)
  • New AR water bottle included
  • Complementary tubeless flat repair (Sealant injection + Labour included)
  • *does not apply to our ‘family’ category bikes.
