Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
As an exception to this policy, All clearance sale items and used-bike sales are final purchase and no return or refund will be given. Clothing, Helmets and Armour that have been worn cannot be returned. Perishable goods and nutrition items cannot be returned.
Any item not in original condition, is damaged and/or missing parts not due to our error; or any item that is returned beyond 30 days of delivery will be subject to only partial or minimal refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds can only be issued back to the original form of payment. If that original form of payment is inaccessible or no longer appropriate then store credit can be issued instead. If your original payment card is lost or stolen then you should contact your financial institution to discuss before having us process your return.
Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution; if you are still missing your refund beyond this then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The same return policy applies for any exchanges. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
We will warranty any item sold by us as per the manufacturer’s approved warranty process for Canada. Please contact us at email@example.com with a photo and description of the issue and we will provide further instructions.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, such as some warranty issues, we may choose to cover shipping costs at our discretion. It is suggested that any item should use a trackable and insurable shipping service, as it is the customer’s responsibility for the safe return of the item.
