Angie McKirdy

Shop Ambassador.

Originally from Valemount, BC, Angie McKirdy moved to the Sea to Sky corridor in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the technical terrain and riding culture of the West Coast. After completing her post-secondary education in 2017, she was able to dedicate more time and energy to racing, riding, and becoming deeply involved in the mountain bike community.

Angie is a passionate advocate for the sport and regularly volunteers with organizations such as the MuddBunnies, Dialed In Cycling, SORCA, and 7mesh. Her commitment to giving back reflects her belief that one of the greatest aspects of cycling is the strong and supportive community that surrounds it.

In recent years, Angie has expanded her involvement in the industry through racing and media projects. She competed in the 2022 Enduro World Series and produced her own documentary for Tourism Valemount, combining her love of riding with storytelling and community engagement.

Whether she’s racing, creating, volunteering, or mentoring others, Angie is passionate about supporting the people and organizations that help mountain biking thrive. That’s one of the reasons she’s proud to represent Arbutus Routes—a shop that shares her commitment to quality, community, and creating exceptional experiences for every rider who walks through the door.
