Our Team

The Arbutus Routes Team is a tight knit group of passionate people that love bikes and love the outdoors. We are proud to have some of the best staff in the industry and a group that has worked together for many years.

Our experienced guide teams have advanced training such as PMBI bike coaching, Wilderness, OFA lvl 3, OEC First Aid, Leave No Trace and National Outdoor Leadership degrees.   Backed up by our first class shop team we bring years of experience in retail bike shops and servicing bikes. Our staff have been mechanics for EWS race teams, have backgrounds with STEC, SRAM and other training programs and most importantly have unmatched customer service.
